Overview:
As a principal of Axis3Architecture, Inc., Mr. Sigler has 30 years of experience in various architectural disciplines,
including project architect and construction management. He has participated in all aspects of the business including marketing, public relations, preparing contracts and schedule. Responsible for managing all phases of architectural practice from initial design phase through post construction. Design of various private and commercial projects, interfacing with a variety of Owners, Contractors, and Sub-contractors. Well versed in the execution of design and working drawings, specifications, production schedule, coordination of personnel/consultants, completion dates, and plan check, and review of drawings for code compliance.

He is knowledgeable in all phases of project development including the following:

• Marketing/promotional activities, public relations
• Programming, master planning, site analysis
• Schematic and Design Development
• Construction drawings, specifications, and plan review
• Quality Assurance Review
• Bid/Award phase, including contractor pre-qualification
• Pre-construction, construction administration and post construction close out
